What’s New

Canopy has enhanced your ability to clearly communicate with your clients. In addition to client requests, eSignatures, questionnaires, and payment requests, you can now build checklists designated for specific documents you need from your clients. Ask for one or many in the same checklist.

Why It Matters

Clients often need explicit instructions, with a user experience that makes it straightforward and easy for your clients to do exactly what you’re asking of them. When building your document request list, you can title the requested item as specifically as you’d like– a W-2 or a W-2 from ABC Company. This leaves little to be wondered about by your clients.

Where to Find It

From the blue global add button in the top left, at the bottom of the left pane, you will see the ability to create a Document Request List.
